If you get tired of your project you rather start looking for another job because you will not get project change. H.R. Dept is very unhelpful, the environment is gray. Working here for after a year you have 2 options: become another gray piece junk with a daily waste of time well paid or if you were smart enough you spent time studying to leave for a better job.
