Overall the teammate atmosphere is great. The support and resources required to be successful as a facility are provided. The benefits have been favorable from day one.
Kontras
There is a lack of resources put toward the development of the people. Preparing current employees for future leadership roles is minimal. They were recently purchased by FedEx and the transition management and communication has been rather poor.
