Leadership is absolutely toxic. They lie, gaslight, tell you anything to get you to feel guilty to work more/bill more. New York leadership plays favorites and if you're not in the circle - be ware. They will throw you under the bus to save themself. GCI has lost a lot of big name clients the past few months so they have had a series of smaller layoffs (have to avoid those WARN notices) and people just leave in the dark of night without any communication. GCI positions it as if YOU are leaving their amazing company so people treat you badly. It's an absolutely awful culture and not worth the tiny big of higher pay over other agencies. Do yourself a huge favor and save your future self the PTSD of working here.
