if you are working in GDC and you are not strong mentally then you will suffer from mental and health disese. upper management don't know how to run a company. they have more managers then QA and developer they just assign task to you and take the status. most of the principal software developers are engaged in politics and don't do single task. most of the PM's and BA's are just here to assign the task even that task is not related to your team/module and make unnecessary pressure on Developer and QA. 0% from support from upper management.
