Abuse is expected and tolerated Survivor mentality develops, where long-time employees try to justify or downplay the abuse as "just the way it is" Managers often yells at staff in front of others, sometimes bringing up personal issues — it's humiliating and inappropriate This behavior isn’t directed at one person — it's toward everyone and has become “normalized,” which is deeply concerning Long-term staff tend to defend or excuse the manager’s actions, which creates a toxic environment and discourages new employees from speaking up Lack of emotional intelligence and professionalism from leadership

Able to learn many things

Managers too toxic almost everyday can hear them scolding the staffs.Bonus and performance reward is unfair to junior employees eventhough handle a lot of work.Over time is too hard to claim from managers ,depends on them if they want to give eventhough you really work over time until 8pm.Signing partner tend to cut off whenever we talking to him as if our opinion never matter. Too much workload sometimes managers will expect us to bring work home and will contact us out of working hours
