9yIt's unfortunate to hear this perspective on the San Diego office. We have nurtured a great culture in that office and afford our staff flexibility to have a good work-life balance. We appreciate folks who take their work seriously and are dedicated to the work/team. For someone who disappears for extended periods of time (outside the regular lunch and break periods on phone calls or otherwise) with no communication to their team/manager, create an unfair workload for those who do not take advantage of this flexibility. Employees who have the skill set for taking on more and greater tasks are certainly given the latitude to do so. As a management team, we continually strive to grow our staff, provide opportunities for learning and promotion.
