Most of the problems are issued from a toxic culture of inexperienced very young developers who have been spoiled. The outcome is a culture of lobbying where people can bully their team mates because they prefer to go to the office instead of working remote. Teams are unmanageable and product people are mostly unaware of what an agile process is. The switch to cross functional configuration is almost impossible as most a lot of historical developers are infatuated with themselves and crave for work in Silo. Local top management is too protective and can happen to lie or manipulate in order to recruit talents.
