Pros
Insurance and benefits. Patients are wonderful. Really enjoyed this part. Otherwise there was nothing I enjoyed about this job. Coworkers rude and disrespectful.

Training was very poor. Most techs did not want to take the time to help. RN's should be trained by RN's not techs. Never could get any answer from supervisors. Someone always passing the buck and saying you need to ask so and so. Poor pay. Overworked. Sometimes 16-18 hours a day. I thought the law was max 16 hours a day. Would not recommend unless you really need a job until you can find something else.
