Cyberbullying in the Teams chat This is the most concerning issue. The team chat, which almost every modern workplace uses for collaboration is used as a platform for targeted behavior and inappropriate commentary. HR was not present in the chat, and so there was no HR oversight. As a result, inappropriate interactions went and still go unaddressed. This will end you very drained, affected mentally in a huge way. I have never seen a teams chat used in such a manner especially when comparing to a vast array of organizations. This is something that needs to be fundamentally investigated and addressed there. Please also monitor supervisors. This should be handled independently and by Human resources.

Pros

There were a lot of great people just trying to keep their heads above the constant onslaught of high water.

Kontras

A completely disorganized culture of constantly being behind, lead by a CEO that would rather tweak marketing ads to suit himself rather than understand what the company actually needed to succeed. A GM that constantly managed up, as opposed to actually listening to him team on the floor. It was pointless to try to attempt making any positive impact, because it would be changing next week, when the CEO/Owner/GM had their latest flash in the pan idea. Everything is also hidden behind the "Biblical Values" component, so when bad things are done to the employees they can still sleep at night.
