Pros
NONE- There are no pros; everything is fake, including the job posting on LinkedIn. It's just a common company for people who only want to make money and who are led to believe that their lives will change ONLY because of the monetary incentives offered. They tell you it's the best option in the world by convincing you that you'll have a better quality of life by working remotely. Really, bro? Most companies, or at least the majority, are remote nowadays.
Kontras
100% CONS- First, they need to learn the difference between a cold caller and a senior account executive. Second, they should do better screening during interviews; they placed me in a Spanish campaign where my background is more American than Colombian and where I have a much stronger focus on a second language. Third, HR never followed up closely to understand my process and needs. Fourth, the "worst manager," rigidly inflexible, with zero people management skills, unprofessional, culturally unaware, and always submissive—plus, she didn't help with anything and her feedback was given via Slack, often unconstructive, and sometimes she didn't respond at all. Fifth, HR called me to terminate the contract because the manager went to complain and accuse me without providing any recordings. Excellent follow-up by HR—😂
