My experience working at Foundever Mumbai branch in the customer service chat support role. I was hired in the COX chat process and have been working at the company for one and a half months.Unfortunately, my experience at Foundever has been very negative. My trainer was verbally abusive and used abusive language. He also forced us to do sit-ups by grabbing our hands to our ears like children, even if we made small mistakes. This behavior was very aggressive and shameful, and I believe that the company should face a lawsuit for it.The management at the Mumbai branch is also pathetic.
