Pros
The opportunity for promotion and career advancement is for those who take it. Complacency and expecting things from others is not what Fortitude is about. It's a blue-collar start up culture with large-scale capital. I've read a lot of misguided review on here making a lot of incorrect/false claims. Fortitude's "by-the-book" attitude has been changing with the times and is becoming a much more progressive place to be. Additionally, the salary averages are way off. There's an uncapped commission structure so you can legitimately make as much as you earn. I've learned so many valuable skills here in communication, business, psychology, and life that will be great in any avenue of life I pursue in the future.

The only down-side is 5 days a week in office, but that's also what makes this place so great. We're seeking coaching and development opportunities with our people every day.
