Leadership is bias' they bring in people from competition who has zero leadership skill and who has never handled large teams'. Failed model. They only promote female employees and create bias always give them stage and recognition because they are close to management. Zero merit for performance. Worst HR i have seen here. Never ever spoken about employee concerns they also support power. Useless. Hiring also is worst. If your worked with leadership u get job with more salary and ranks else u never climb any ladder. My female colleagues grow much faster here
