Where do I even begin...I don't even need to get started with how insane the CEO is because all you need to do is google her to figure that one out. The rest of the leadership team is truly no better. They are her puppets and have dollar signs in their eyes. They could care less about staff or anyone's wellbeing, it is all about money to them. Even if you are a super efficient worker and put in constant extra hours, you will still always be behind if you're not one of the favourites. Strongly consider working for another company that protects and respects your mental health and work life balance.
