The turn over rate for the company is between 1- 3 years. The GM is one of the major reason for people leaving. He is extremely unprofessional, disruptive and constantly screams at employees. He is a know it all that knows very little, likes to involve himself, usually makes a mess of it and then points his finger. He gets along well with people who fear him or stroke his ego. Any original thought will be shunned. Don't count of fair compensation, they don't like to give raises. There are no performance incentives, no year end bonuses and no 401k. You get only two sick days per year and it must be taken 6 months apart. The reviews you read praising the company was written by people instructed to do so by the GM. They are not real. The company see's very little value in it's employees. If you are desperate for a job this is the place to go,just don't get comfortable, keep looking and as soon as opportunity comes knocking take it and don't look back.
