My coworkers were good people. Good relationships.

-Poor leadership inside the Advisors group. Not knowledgeable and manipulative. -Promotions given on buddy system, not merit. -No training. No employee investment. -I was enrolled in a mentorship program but my practice leader removed me and they killed the program. -No performance feedback. Corporate tried but local leadership killed it. -No new ideas. Competition passing us by using tech enabled tools. We have none. That coupled with no training and massive attrition means our offerings deteriorate by the day.
