High demand low clarity, low pay, poor resources, no training, no support, no appropriate processes or systems, very poor culture, no flexibility, not family friendly, will pay qualified women less than non-qualified men. Company is a revolving door of staff. Will tell you there's no budget for increases after a record year. Will make a lot of paradise promises and follow through on none of them. Will demand you follow specific safety processes then not give you the equipment or resources to do so. Work anywhere else.
