Great people, with great projects to be working on and with, great benefits and PTO is phenomenal

TCL coding language is bit archaic, they are making strides to move off of it though, give it 2-3 years. Their main database connection processes isn't as streamlined as it could be.

Lots of growth and varied projects so there are ample opportunities to work on new thing. Management works hard to have it be a comfortable / nice place to work. CEO emails everyone every week with an update on what the goals are, how the sales are going, etc.

It's sort of a mid-size company with small company structure, which is good in most ways, but also means there isn't formal training or (real) HR yet. You can get what you want or need in terms of training or career growth but you need to know what you need and make it happen rather than have it be part of your structure/plan.
