Pros

Great people - most of the people on the frontline are diligent, helpful and motivated. Opportunities - there are opportunities to move around the company and learn new products but you have to seek them out and be proactive Security - broad product lines and Fitch Group ownership means that the company and your job feels secure. There are many benefits to being part of a much bigger group that employees can take advantage of. Product Development - there are new products being developed all the time providing opportunities and variety Hybrid working - reasonable flexibility enables you to work from home 3 days per week.

Toxicity at Senior Leadership level - lack of diversity and outdated approaches Lack of career development and coaching/learning The office culture has suffered , when in office it feels stifling - the hybrid approach to working doesn't quite work as you only see and speak to the same people every week. The stringent controls put in place by Fitch Group can make it difficult to progress, whether it be recruitment, software development or process enhancement.

Pros

Strong Europe and NYC presence with high caliber investment banking institutions. High quality trainers and teaching material content. Strong with technology / eLearning capabilities particularly as training continues virtually through the pandemic.

Pros

There are no pros please don’t subject yourself to such a horrible work environment

Kontras

Toxic leadership. You will be talked down to as if you’re unintelligent should you make one mistake. HR will not listen to you or provide a solution when you express that your leader is creating a hostile work environment. Lead flow is poor and goals are high and Unachievable. No proper training or guidance as well. Most of the time you’re lead to figure it out yourself. No room for growth at all.
