Members of leadership ie: Quality Management, Supervisors, behave & write as if they barely finished high school. There is absolutely no professionalism whatsoever: a categorically inane, and asinine company culture. They do not not like College Graduates. Most supervisors and leadership should be fired - a very lackluster environment.
