Pay is way too low for the work that you do. Incentives are basically non-existent. No call swings just constant calls with unhappy customers 10 hours a day with a one hour unpaid break.. You only get allocated so much time that you can take off from your 28 days per year each month. You must book in well in advance, no real work/life balance. They are obsessed with stats, your timing on calls and after calls, hold times etc , your bathroom breaks are not paid and they are timed and they will pull you for the smallest thing and extend your probation for nothing at all with no real explanation as to why. They will never praise you for anything and the management won't help you much with anything you bring up. HR don't care about you at all.
