Pros

They pay the largest minimum wage, it doesn't matter how old you are

I started as an agent and moved up as an Sme, they don't change your title so they can move you about an up and down at any time, they don't put responsibility on those that do absolutely nothing, you only go up if you are friends with the right people, they run a ridiculous popularity contest even though they tell you at the start how easy it is to progress and how nice everything is (lies)

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
