      UK company is unable to make decisions - decisions are made from the Leadership team and fed down regardless if they work in UK.

      Thank you for your review. As a global company with representation across a number of geographies it is sometimes difficult to adopt a one size fits all approach. The UK leadership team work well with those in other parts of the group to ensure that what we deliver is fit for purpose in the UK market, and where that’s not the case, we adapt things to make them fit better.       Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

      People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
