Team mates who I worked with were the only good thing.

Lack of support, constant changing of bonus scheme, constantly underpaying staff. Deducting holidays when they have not been taken, unlawful deductions from final wages. Constantly being pushed to achieve even when you are exceeding the targets. When you beat your targets they change the bonus structure with no warning!!! Soul destroying and offer no support when you get abused by customers.
