It's a Job, not much else

All staff are treated like school-leavers Team Leaders are not appointed by reason of their ability to manage or proficiency at their jobs but by their ability to flirt with and brownose senior managers . Fortunately, being older than most of the managers, I wasn't subjected to the constant bullying of younger employees. Many reduced to tears or just quit the job. Nobody dared speak up about it for fear of being sacked themselves. I hadn't worked in the financial sector previously and found it hard to believe that such behaviour was tolerated. Pay is dreadful, unless you're one of the chosen few who'll be invited to work overtime at triple time. The office is awful, with little natural light and the area is unsafe after dark - actually it's unsafe during the day too but at least there's more people about.

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
