Good work environment but poor appraisal process - Subject Matter Expert (SME) bei Firstsource Solutions: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The appraisal part is very bad and dissatisfied in provider business, it going to be third appraisal in FSL I heard the some same thing will happen as per the previous thing, now a day expenses are going high but there is no improvement in salary, it need to improve and there is no helpfull things in ground level employee Now a day most of company providing two way cabs even in day shift in other company, still FSL didn't provide 2 way cab for night shift employee or atleast can provide food in office to balance their health, in health and day to day work life balance didn't have good benefits and healthy life for ground level employee.
