Seniority system doesn’t appear to mean anything. Bathroom doors which can’t be locked. Employer grades performance using a driver tablet, but the speed limits on the tablets don’t match posted limits; nor is there any incentive to meet the performance metrics. Employer assigns extra routes and then reassigns to another employee at last minute with no explanation. Local management is disconnected from employees and doesn’t always follow thru on action they commit to perform.
