A BAD DECISION - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei First Stop Health: Mitarbeiterbewertung

We find this review baffling. We have appealed to Glassdoor to have it removed, but Glassdoor does not remove reviews that are based on an employee’s personal opinion or experience, which they have judged this review to be. In the 12 months before this review was posted, we didn't have anyone leave the company, either voluntarily or involuntarily, so we're not really sure where it could be coming from. Our employee and customer bases are growing quickly and we have a great team, who are excited to be involved in this business that genuinely improves access to, and reduces costs of, healthcare for our members This reviewer falsely claims he/she was employed as a nurse. We have never employed nurses at First Stop Health. All medical advice comes from our doctors, who are always licensed in the appropriate state for the member they are serving. This review also refers to a precarious financial position and trajectory, which is not the case. We take issue with nearly everything else in this review, but we do not feel it is not helpful to those of you using Glassdoor for its intended purpose to read a rebuttal of each statement. If you are considering a position with FSH we hope this review will not deter you. We are expanding our team and of course we want great people to join us. We have a progressive benefit policies with a fun, family oriented atmosphere that includes a “take what you need” vacation policy, competitive pay scale, ownership in the company and tremendous flexibility around work location
