- option to work remotely - flexible time

Kontras

- low pay - no work, no pay - only has med benefit (on their discretion) - very slow career growth (if any) - only chance of promotion is when people resign - no annual increase (you can work for 4-5 years without a single increase). - they terminate employees without notice. - used to be a cool company that's result oriented but changed to a time-monitoring, fully-loaded work company with trust issues. - sinking ship. higher positions got sacked and replaced. even the executives got replaced - like the CEO.

They want you to thrive and succeed. No matter what dev level your at jr/senior, they want to push you past your limits and facilitate the necessary environment for growth.

Kontras

They might change directions on some initiatives. So you could put a lot of time and effort into a project and then see that project sunset.
