Had an opportunity to learn ALOT and be hands on with the CEO and upper management in the trenches as our small yet very strategic team was out in market selling ad inventory and sponsorship opportunity across BabyFirst TV. It was a fun ride and I really appreciate the opportunity to have been a part of the company during that time. It was really interesting to see how Linear TV, Digital and Social can come together to help clients scale their business.

I didn’t have many cons other than sometimes the hours were a bit long being you are working several time zones.

It was a fun job. I get to be creative. The HR department improved a great deal after chaotic years before that. They always try to improve as much as they can.

They fire/lay off a lot of people every year. You don’t feel safe working there because you always feel like it’s your turn to get fired.
