Pros
Chris and Holly pay more than other companies that I have worked for and I came in making almost the same as my last job. Everyone is friendly and great to be around and I have not seen the typical "workplace drama" that is seen among other retail or office jobs. This is not a stressful place to work and I do not feel as if work is dragged home with me after I leave, Chris and Holly expect people to show up and show at least a bare minimum of effort in their work, advice and suggestions are always listened to, and the time off in generous. It is a small business and things are certainly more personal and this is the companies biggest strength. Overall I have nothing bad to say about the company or anyone who works here.
