Very poor top leadership team in Madison Heights! Constantly changing direction and belittle their people. Either you are a Yes-Man and support without criticism every opinion from the top manager, or they will get rid of you very fast. Earlier this year, after multiple layoffs, we were promised that our work is “safe” and have no worries! The previous cut left the remaining staff burned out and overworked so the R&D director came and talked “friendly” to us to keep doing some urgent projects for customers and have no worries about the future. WRONG! When the urgent work was done we were laid off! No moral, no care about people, we were just numbers for this company, specific for the top leaders that are just marionettes controlled by the Spain headquarter.
