Large company, lots of locations,

Kontras

Large company so a lot is overlooked. Biggest being instead of developing low performers, we reward by giving them less work and giving teh high performers their work. Pay is not compasitable

Can’t think of one pro working at this job..

Kontras

The cameras and constantly being monitored and the camera going off for no reason, you absolutely have no privacy . Don’t have important conversations in the company’s vehicle’s 👀 you never know who’s listening.
