Pretty good pay and benefits.

Inconsistent hours. Management and HR are super biased. Favoritism is everywhere. If you make a request and are not a minority, no matter how small, your request is met with hurdle after hurdle. However, if you are a minority, you get what you want. If an employee that is a minority wants you fired, your days are numbered. Probably should unionize so hopefully one layer of protection, no matter how small.
