Nice staff, nice offices, good flexible work arrangements

Poor culture, too much work

People are left to their own devices, which is a good thing if you know what you're doing. Not ideal if you're new. Hybrid working is the norm, with most never attending the office.

The culture of the firm has shifted. It's gone from a place where people mattered, to one that has lost its connection with staff, particularly those in administrative or accounting roles who are not recognised for their solid work. Only middle management or higher are applauded at "achieving" anything worthwhile. Recognition by pay rise is non-existent for most with industry benchmarking given as the reason. Loyalty is not recognised.
