College student staff and management Employees are not recognized and quickly stop producing Management is too young and has no real training, those who are older seem to act the same as the younger mangement Employee training is nonexistent Facilities often have ants, non working water, leaky ceilings. Horrible location for the employees Low salary Customer service reps have poor english and do not have the will to improve(management does not encourage them to) CEO has great philosophy but no one follows it, even the execs in Boston shrug it off Employees do not receive breaks aside from lunch and generally are burnt out most of the time Employee get togethers are not well planned Management often turns on their best employees to benefit themselves Those who quit often don't get paid for their last weeks they spent there In some times they go through 30-40 employees in a year in an office of 30 employees.
