Supportive colleagues, but management lacks connection and fairness - Tutor bei Explore Learning: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Management is very intense and don’t give positive feedback enough or try to build relationships with all the tutors, there is definitely favouritism for tutors that looked like them. I was often excluded by Management and not spoken to during my time working here. Also made to feel guilty for taking time off for exams.
