Pros
The people, for sure, if it wasn't for them and their sacrifice this company would've failed ages ago due to poor leadership.
Kontras
This company is the perfect example of wasted potential. The people doing the actual work are some of the most capable, committed professionals I’ve ever met — and they’re carrying an organisation that’s collapsing under its own leadership. In less than a year, the company has burned through two CEOs, gone through major layoffs (25%+), and watched a steady stream of people walk out on their own. None of this is surprising when you look at how the company is run. Executive leadership feels completely unprepared for the responsibilities they have. Direction changes constantly, accountability is nonexistent, and decisions are made based on personal preference rather than any real strategy or understanding of the business. The first CEO set the tone — disorganised, unclear, and widely seen as unable to lead — and lasted only a few months. The new CEO hasn’t improved things; leadership feels more like a hobby than a job, with obvious favoritism and priorities that don’t match the state of the company. HR has neither the influence nor the capability to address any of the structural problems, and the rest of leadership isn’t providing support or stability. Day-to-day operations rely heavily on employees doing voluntary overtime just to keep projects from falling apart. Morale is low, trust is gone, and most of the people keeping the company afloat are actively looking for exits. Advice to prospective candidates: Unless you are genuinely out of options, think very carefully. The talent is amazing, but the environment is chaotic, unpredictable, and emotionally draining. Sudden reorganisations and dismissals are common, and leadership instability affects everything. Proceed with caution.
