Pros
Expanse is filled with incredibly talented and driven people. It is a performance-oriented culture where not everyone will do well, but people who are bright and work hard do. There is a strong sense of a shared mission and dedication to serving our customers that is strong at the company and helps me feel like I am a part of something bigger. The company is growing quickly and I expect to see great career growth opportunities here.

Pretty low on racial and gender diversity in leadership. This is something the company is actively working on, however. There were some significant changes to the marketing team to the spring, which were jarring to some inside and outside the company. But I would encourage folks not to overindex on a handful of negative reviews from a small group of employees in the spring of 2020.
