Leadership is lacking at the senior and mid-manager levels. The adage, do as I say, not as I do falls true here. Lacking in professionalism. Turnover is high as many associates feel disrespected at work. Opinions and feedback are asked but not valued by Sr. Managers, they are simply trying to get people involved so they can later say in business meetings that we asked. Sr Managers use profanity far too often to get their point across and it sets a poor example to others and lacks professionalism. Trust is earned and based on previous actions and commitments by management. Managers do not follow-through and it demonstrates their lack of concerns for associates.
