No management micromanaging your day to day calls.

No real schedule, never really off, no support from "leadership" they give you lead/management title only because of the years with the company not the knowledge. Owners are never aware of real issues, as long as the customer doesn't find out about the lie continue to lie and cheat them of the prices.
