The growing pains or limitations that come with a small independent school. DEI is an ambitious work that is still in progress. Every relationship has a high order of magnitude in its impact on the job. Some managers can have roles directly reporting to them in discipline areas that they have limited experience given the size of the school and its need to be efficient.
