I'd like to say the incentives but you have to sell your soul to the devil to even be a part of that and the people you share the incentives with are narcissist and its just for they're fake social media posts to lure you in

The worse company Ive ever worked for. All the directors are money hungry narcissist who want a workplace full of backstabbing, They say they're training you and investing in you it's all a load of lies and rubbish. In reality they're putting bets on who they think will last the longest before they either fire you or you leave because your mental health is so bad. They play games where you literally have to call up as many people as you can basically harassing and abusing peoples phone lines - its all cold calling and the structure of their system is terrible. Every Friday they want you to go with them to get intoxicated and if you don't and go home your seen as a loser and boring even when they're all so exhausted themselves but force it just to keep up the fake facade they're all living. There's no work life balance they want you to practically live there, its every man for themselves they'll just throw you under the bus the first second they get. HR is all a trap they sit you down ask you questions but its just to get info out of you so they can report it back to the bosses then fire you the next day if they like. They also make fun of past employees at the end of every month putting clown faces on them and calling them rats if they left saying they couldn't hack it. There instagram is all so fake its all for show just to lure the naive grads who think its all a dream half the stuff they get they just take a pic of it then throw it in the bin or the events they do are so forced and the originals are analysing your every move. The place is actually a cult its so bad please stay away and dont answer their linkedIn messages if they're trying to lure you in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Just look at their instagram why do you think they're turn over is so big? They're hiring 6-8 new people every 3 months??? Does this not send alarm bells and scroll down the feed to see a completely different cohort of people. There's no security if your not making them money bye bye they dont care about you your just another number on a sheet for them. Please dont fall into their twisted trap and work at this company you'll soon see what im talking about.
