Pros
Fun environment & majority of the employees are friendly.
Kontras
The people that work there are pretty brainwashed, and that comes solely down to the management. They hire young, impressionable people, teach them sales (which, to be fair, they do pretty well), work them like dogs (7am–7pm), and then replace them as soon as a shiny new batch of people comes in. 99% of the positive reviews are from current employees being watched over by senior management. The same goes for every LinkedIn post and every call you get from the internal team, they’re basically being told word for word what to say. There are a handful of successful people at the business, but that usually comes down to being a favourite, getting special treatment, and ultimately earning decent money to stay there. If you actually levelled with the employees at Enzo, most of them would tell you they’re tired, overworked, underpaid, and completely drained by the toxic culture.
