Company keep changing bonus structure, and keep surprising everyone with disappointing news weeks before bonus payout when previously mentioned on a monthly basis everyone is going to get a great bonus
Lack of diversity. Out of 50 executive leaders - 3 come from a diverse background. But these 3 were inherited via acquisitions and not hired by EPG either
