In recent years, we have significantly improved our performance appraisal cycle by bringing more processes and systems in place including getting ISO certification.
In general salary increments are only done once in a year and there were situations where we have even revised salaries in 6 months.
And Salary increments always depends on factors like employee performance & organizational growth and salary increment will be less when performance of any employee does not meet full expectations or agreed job responsibilities.
