Pros
I can't say there are real pros here. We've all got the basic salary and benefits that all companies should provide their employees. The medical, dental, life insurance, paid time off, a matching 401k, and holiday pay. But like what I said, they're all the basics every company should offer.

There was little to nothing that us staff can do about the rules, salary, and benefits of all the employees here. No matter how much we tell management that some of the staff were already overdue for a salary increase, management would turn them down, and tell us to make excuses and lie so that the company could avoid higher payroll. And we've got no choice but to follow orders and forced to lie to the people. In turn, we were hated, cursed at, and disrespected by our fellow coworkers! They had no idea how stressful this is for the HR staff and that we're feeling a lot more frustrated and miserable they do!
