Some great people on the worker level.

Kontras

Managers hire lovers and family for work and place employees in the middle to maanage them. Creates difficult situations where you can't effectively lead your boss kids or lovers. Nepotism and sexism is rampent.

Pros

Exceptionally experienced management, lots of established processes and an incredibly deep knowledge of IT systems and security protocols, governance and risk management. We were a multi-national company but were run like a series of highly empowered teams irrespective of borders input was heard and acted upon.

Kontras

The company was no longer growing in terms of making acquisitions and were simply developing smaller assets from years past.

Pros

Enerplus knows how to master culture. It made a huge difference in the office moral. I wanted to show up every day and do my best because they truly made it an enjoyable place to be.

The were recently acquired, I would have worked there forever!
