Endy encourages innovation, which makes coming to work and collaborating on new projects very exciting. The organization really cares about each employee and has a great culture in place that ensures people are being recognized for their hard work. My favourite part about Endy, however, is that everyone is passionate about their work and wants to see the company continue to grow.
