Was able to work successfully with faculty.

Poor oversight from the board of trustees.

Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
